Join Us For UNSTOPPABLE, Featuring Inspiring Tech Leaders On October 11.
Val Morgan and POPSUGAR are continuing the UNSTOPPABLE series, furthering our commitment to powering a brighter tomorrow through creating a brave and trusted space that encourages women to explore everything they’re curious about.
UNSTOPPABLE creates a framework of continuous events, editorial content and social impact initiatives that tackle diversity and equality head-on. Our ambition is to create a platform for change and actively support future female leaders.
On 11th October 2022, and in support of UN Women Australia, UNSTOPPABLE will align with the International Day of the Girl to launch the UNSTOPPABLE-IN-TECH series. Hosted by POPSUGAR publisher, Amanda Bardas, the event will feature inspirational speakers and a future-leaders in tech panel hosted by Sunita Gloster.
Why are we doing a UNSTOPPABLE-IN-TECH Event?
Whilst tech jobs represent some of the highest paying positions, less than 30% of the industry is made up of women. The lack of equality is driven by several factors, including the lack of role models, industry perceptions for the industry, support within higher education, plus workplace support and issues. UNSTOPPABLE-IN-TECH creates a forum to discuss the issues at play and provides inspiration for change.
