Reconciliation Action Plan.
In 2024, we launched our Reconciliation Action Plan, reaffirming our commitment to creating meaningful career pathways for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples within our workforce. We are also proud to celebrate National Reconciliation Week across our support offices, and our senior business leaders have completed cultural awareness training to deepen understanding and foster respect.
As part of our ongoing efforts, in 2023 we commissioned Birrang Mawang, meaning "journey together" in Dharug/Darug language.
Our team in the Sydney office contributed to the piece, which was designed and art-directed by Jason Douglas of Dalmarri.
Birrang Mawang tells the story of partnership — a journey together in how we create exceptional experiences for our audiences, partners, and people whilst providing culturally safe spaces for members of the diverse communities in which we operate our business.
Birrang Mawang.
Diversity & inclusion.
We have established a dedicated committee responsible for championing diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging in our workplace. This committee drives our DEI agenda, focusing on important areas such as cultural and linguistic diversity, gender equity, all abilities, parents and families, and LGBTQI+.
We’re committed to giving back to the community.
Through our Workplace Giving Program, we support worthy causes that our employees feel passionately about.
We are also dedicated to supporting our charity partners and embodying our FIERCE values through volunteering, donating and skill-sharing.
